I saw another review mentioning the long lead time, and share in your frustration. After meeting the team at DYME it all clicked. It is the perfect storm on an "instant product sensation" followed by 5,xxx of weekly emails of interested clients, dealers, sponsors, etc... and although the buzz is real, and the product is absolutely amazing, it's clear it will take some time before all of the new products are developed, stocked and ready to ship. Super excited to see there growth in 2026!
I’ve tried to be as patient as possible. However, I ordered this item on 10-30-25. It is now 11-26-25, and I haven’t received it, nor has it been shipped. I have reached out to Dyme twice, trying to get an update, but haven’t received a response either time. I understand that it may be out of stock, but the website doesn’t indicate that, nor has there been any updates or communication to let me know. I would have given a 1 star, but they do have nice products, just poor customer service.
